Our client, a leading social housing contractor, is looking for an experienced Electrician to join their team working on a long-term contract across the Chatham area.
This role will involve carrying out heating installation wire-ups within occupied and void social housing properties.
The client is flexible and is happy to consider both full-time and part-time candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical wire-ups for heating installations.
- Complete all work to current electrical regulations and company standards.
- Work safely within occupied and void social housing properties.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing.
- Experience working within social housing or domestic properties is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
