We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a growing team working within social housing across Luton and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent position offering consistent, long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void social housing properties
- Fault finding, testing, and inspection of electrical systems
- Completing EICRs and remedial works
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties
- Full UK driving licence
