This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. Role and responsibilities * Planning and scheduling engineers' workloads * Coordinating appointments and allocating jobs * Liaising with engineers, customers and internal teams * Managing changes and rearranging appointments where required * Monitoring outstanding and ongoing jobs * Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records * Ensuring engineers have the information required to complete their work * Providing general administrative and coordination support Requirements * Previous experience in planning, scheduling, coordination or administration * Previous experience in social housing * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Strong communication and customer service skills * The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks * Good attention to detail * A confident and professional telephone manner * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office Package * £18.50 an hour * 40 hours a week * Permanent position available * Long term opportunity with established business * Immediate start available
