We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in Wembley area

The Role:
- Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
- Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works
- Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard
- Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs
- Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately
- Providing a professional and respectful service to residents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader
- NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade – essential
- Strong skills across at least two trades
- Social housing or property maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
