Nuco Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a leading Housing Association provider in the Bracknell area. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term, stable position carrying out electrical repairs, testing and maintenance across domestic social housing properties.
Role Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs, installations and testing in occupied and void social housing properties
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to regulatory standards
- Complete EICRs and remedial works
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and maintain accurate job records
- Work both independently and as part of a wider maintenance team
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- 2391 (or equivalent Inspection & Testing qualification)
- 18th Edition
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within social housing
