Job Description
- Manage and deliver asbestos remedial programmes across a residential housing portfolio
- Plan, scope and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, quality and budget targets are met
- Audit completed works to ensure compliance with asbestos regulations, health & safety and quality standards
- Carry out compliance survey audits and maintain accurate records
- Manage customer queries and complaints, providing a high standard of service
- Identify and report project risks, issues and lessons learned
- Work closely with internal teams and contractors to deliver projects efficiently
Requirements
- BOHS P402 or P403 & P404 (or equivalent)
- Experience in asbestos management within housing, construction, consultancy or contractor environments
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation, CDM regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience managing contractors and delivering projects
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
