Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced electrician to carry out reactive maintenance works within occupied social housing properties across South London. This role requires a confident, reliable tradesperson with strong plumbing skills and the ability to complete associated finishing works to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in social housing properties
  • All domestic electrical works
