Role: Social Housing Maintenance Operative
Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Nuco Solutions are looking for an experienced social housing Carpenter/Multi Trader to work with their client in and around South East London (Greenwich, Bromley, Bexley and Dartford). Van and fuel card provided.
Duties will include:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Patch Plastering
- Tiling repairs
- Painting and decorating
Requirements:
- Level 2 NVQ in Carpentry (or equivalent)
- Highly experienced in Carpentry
- Social housing experience
- Experience of working as part of a team to meet targets
- Full UK Driving Licence
