Job: Plumber Role: Social Housing Maintenance Area: NW London Postcodes Salary: £41,000 – £45,000 + Van & Fuel card This will be made up of £22 per job (8 10 jobs booked a day) on top of your fall-back rate of £650 per week (Monday -Friday) Call out is also available – £44 per job Duties: Carrying out reactive responsive maintenance duties. Installing and maintaining electric showers, taps, traps, and all manner of leaks etc. PPMs and reactive maintenance. Replacing taps & sinks.
