A prestigious and well-established law firm in Central London is seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate Residential Property Solicitor to join their team. Key Responsibilities

Manage a diverse caseload of high-value and complex residential property matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold enfranchisement, and refinancing.

Act as the main point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, developers, and investors, offering tailored and strategic legal advice.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their professional development.

Handle title investigations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth transaction completions.
