We are hiring a Senior Account Executive/Account Manager to join our Medical Communications team. This role supports a global growth account within an interesting and evolving therapy area, delivering work across medical affairs.

This position is well suited to someone with medical affairs experience who enjoys managing projects, working with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage medical communications projects across medical affairs deliverables
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Act as a client-facing contact, supporting day-to-day communication and building strong working relationships
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances, with support from senior team members
  • Work closely with writers, editors, and account team colleagues
  • Identify risks or issues early and propose practical solutions
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to ways of working
