Responsibilities
- You will manage your own varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters to include:-
- Manage a mixed caseload
- Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build properties
- Transfers of equity
- Providing clear, practical advice and support to clients throughout the transaction
- Supervise secretarial and support staff
- Maintain and develop client and professional relationships
- Ensure compliance with billing, time recording and firm procedures
- Contribute to team growth and overall departmental development
Package
- Salary: 50-70k – DOE
- Job Type: Permanent
- Working Hours: Full Time / Flexi-time - hybrid working available after probation.
