The predicted salary is between 55000 - 70000 £ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm that is undergoing multiple acquisitions and aims to move from Legal 500 into the Top 100 in the near future. With over 100 employees currently, we are looking to grow towards 400 over the next couple of years and double our annual turnover. The Role:

  • Creation of relevant documentation to meet the client needs, in respect of:
    • Wills, including living wills
    • Probate applications
    • LPAs
    • Trust creation and management
    • Court of protection work
    • Administration of Estates
    • Adherence to compliance policies and procedures
    • Management of client expectations
    • Client meetings
    • Creation of relevant notes pertaining to meetings held
    • Dealing with new enquiries
    • Management of risk

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working in Private Client with a minimum of 4+ PQE, but ideally 6-7 PQE
  • Personal pride in the quality of their work which should be to a high standard
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and orally with a wide range of people
  • IT literate
  • Self‑motivated and able to perform to targets
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to support the needs of the vulnerable
  • The ability to demonstrate a courteous, helpful and pleasant manner both in person and on the phone
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team with a ‘can‑do’ attitude
  • Efficiency, reliability and flexibility
  • Excellent file management skills with good time management skills
  • Proven IT skills, including the use of case management systems, MS Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Valid driving licence
