One of our well respected Law practices in Croydon is looking for a Residential Property Solicitor. The successful candidate should be 1-3 years PQE, will need to be a good communicator, able to deal with a range of residential conveyancing transactions (of between 10-20 new instruction each month), both freehold and leasehold and include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new build properties etc.
A willingness to be involved in business development will be a key requirement, together with commencing as a stand alone fee earner (no support).
In terms of a salary range, it would be circa £40k -£50k depending on experience, the position is a full time office based position.
