Key Responsibilities
- Handling a broad range of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and secured lending
- Advising clients, including high-net-worth individuals and investors, on complex property matters
- Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documentation
- Conducting due diligence, managing completions, and overseeing post-transaction procedures
- Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years PQE in residential property law
