The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of both residential and commercial property matters, working independently while also collaborating with colleagues across the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and remortgages
- Handling commercial property matters such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant work
- Providing clear, practical advice to a diverse client base
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures

- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with relevant property experience
