A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal / Assistant to join their growing team. This role has become available due to the firm promoting an existing team member onto an apprenticeship, reinforcing their strong commitment to training, development, and career progression.
This position will involve mostly commercial property work, alongside some residential conveyancing support. Importantly, commercial experience is not required - candidates with solid residential conveyancing experience who are keen to learn will be fully supported and trained.
The firm is ideally looking for someone with long-term career aspirations, who is happy to remain in a support role initially and develop over the next two years, with increasing responsibility as their skills grow. However, for the right candidate, a training contract can be offered after 6 months!
