We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join our well established team in South East London. We will consider applications from all PQE levels and assess on experience and suitability. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team and develop further skills to progress your career.
Role Overview
To provide legal advice and run cases from beginning to end relating to non‑contentious legal work pertaining particularly to all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build sales/purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Transfers of part
- Adverse Possession
- Bridging Finance
- Drafting documents pertaining to conveyancing matters
