Nucleus has a highly competitive commission structure, established recruiters starting at 20% - 25% with an additional consistent performer buffer offered to consultants who exceed average targets over 6 months & an additional Elite Performer Commission Structure 30% to 40%. Half Day Fridays for Top Performers.

The Role & Responsibilities

You will specialise and take full ownership of providing recruitment solutions:

  • Search and selection of new candidates & CV Sourcing
  • Interview & Selection
  • Working to clearly defined key performance indicators.
  • Consulting & Problem Solving

The role is ideal for someone with experience within a sales targeted background, someone who has worked in a competitive sales driven environment or has the capacity to do so.
