The Conveyancing Paralegal will support solicitors with residential and commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion, including managing their own caseload. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing legal documents, managing client files, conducting property and title searches, and liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London, requiring in-person collaboration with the team.
You will be supported by the fee earners and senior solicitors in the team.
Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law environment for at least 2 years is strongly preferred; a relevant legal qualification (such as a paralegal certificate, law degree, or equivalent) is beneficial.
