This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value transactions and engage with sophisticated clients across a diverse range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing high-value and complex commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and asset management
- Advising high-net-worth individuals, corporate entities, and investors on property investments and development projects
- Handling lease negotiations, landlord and tenant matters, and strategic estate planning
- Providing legal expertise on secured lending and property finance matters
- Liaising with financial institutions, developers, and investors to deliver tailored legal solutions
- Keeping up to date with evolving commercial property legislation and market trends
- Mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to the firm's continued growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial property law
- Extensive experience handling complex commercial property transactions
- Strong understanding of the East London and wider London commercial property market
