We’re working with a firm looking to welcome a Residential Property Solicitor with 2–3 years’ PQE into its established and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm that values quality conveyancing, client care and team fit over simply hitting billing targets.
The Role
You’ll handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, covering both freehold and leasehold transactions, while delivering a high standard of service to clients.
The firm has an established team structure, with solicitors, trainees and paralegals working collaboratively in smaller teams. New-build experience is not essential, and there is scope for training and development for the right person.
Business development experience would be advantageous, with opportunities to build relationships with estate agents, develop your own network and generate referrals.
What We’re Looking For

2–3 years’ PQE in residential property.

Experience handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Strong technical conveyancing skills and a commitment to excellent client care.

A team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

An interest in business development and building professional relationships would be beneficial.
