About the Firm

With a strong client base and a reputation for excellence, they are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, and remortgages
- Advising clients on property finance, secured lending, and conveyancing processes
- Drafting contracts, lease agreements, and related legal documentation
- Conducting due diligence, title reviews, and handling post-completion formalities
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party professionals
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and conveyancing standards
- Supporting junior solicitors and contributing to the department’s business development initiatives
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential property law
- Strong technical knowledge of property transactions and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multi-office legal team
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to case management
- Experience in working within a regional or multi-office firm (preferred but not essential)
