The role involves developing clear, accurate and engaging medical communications across a range of projects and formats. You will be an experienced medical writer who is looking to progress, lead projects, and continue developing their career within a global organisation.
What you'll do:
- Develop high-quality scientific and medical content for a variety of Commercial materials, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters and congress materials, meeting reports, and educational and training materials.
- Take ownership of the scientific and editorial components of assigned projects.
- Lead medical writing workstreams and contribute to project planning and delivery.
- Work with our teams and clients to ensure content meets scientific, strategic and regulatory standards.
- Apply scientific knowledge to different therapeutic areas and products within our client portfolio.
You will have:
- A BSc, MSc or PhD (or equivalent experience) in a life sciences–related discipline.
- Professional medical writing experience gained within a medical communications agency.
- Knowledge with at least one major disease area (e.g. bladder, oncology).
- The ability to express scientific data for different audiences and formats.
- Exposure to both medical and commercial perspectives of drug development.
