Due to ongoing growth, Nucleus Global is excited to offer a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Conference Manager to join our in-house Conference & Travel team. The Conference Manager will oversee the successful, effective, and professional management of projects within the Conference & Travel Department. Key Responsibilities: Support project management, logistics, client services, and travel requests with high accuracy and efficiency, maintaining a high standard of service. Manage end-to-end international event logistics, including organization, timeline preparation, budget review, and on-site management when necessary. Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects, building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and providing progress reports as needed. Collaborate with the Associate Project & Conference & Travel Directors to develop proposals and estimates, contributing logistical content and advising on potential new business opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Extensive experience in event management, particularly for medium-sized events, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in venue searching, delegate management, onsite event execution, virtual meetings, platforms, event apps, and delegate registration websites. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
