About the Role
As our company continues to grow—expanding both our global reach and the range of services we provide—we’re looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting senior Client Services staff and collaborating across departments to ensure every project meets and exceeds client expectations. You’ll help drive project success by managing timelines, maintaining budgets, updating status reports, and assisting with various initiatives that support our clients’ goals.
This position offers flexibility, with opportunities for remote or hybrid work depending on your location and preferences.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day organizational and administrative support to senior Client Services leaders.
- Help develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
- Track financial data using advanced Excel skills and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to team meetings, project planning sessions, and client communications.
- Support other key initiatives and projects as assigned.
About You
- At least 1 year of project coordination or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior internship or professional experience in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (able to maintain and analyze complex spreadsheets).
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
