Scientific Director – Scientific Director Position
Join a global medical affairs team leading a pharmaceutical client’s scientific strategy. With core knowledge of MASH and obesity, you will design, review, & deliver high‑quality medical communication content, including training materials, congress & symposia work, and advisory board materials.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Services Director and Editorial Lead to ensure scientific excellence across all projects.
- Lead scientific strategy for a major revenue‑generating account, building trusted advisor relationships with the client team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hepatology and medical affairs.
- Develop proposals, medical education, and communication tactics that are scientifically sound and of high quality.
- Support the delivery of strategic documents (e.g., scientific platforms, statements) and other high‑scientific deliverables (e.g., advisory boards, training materials).
- Line‑manage junior writers.
