- Be responsible for project and financial management and delivering excellence to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 2:1 in a Life Sciences degree.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Driven self-starter with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to use initiative to drive projects, aptitude for numbers, problem-solving, commercial thinking, and willingness to learn.
Recruitment process
- To apply, send your CV and a personal summary of ≤500 words highlighting skills, interests and relevant experience.
- Successful candidates will be invited to an in-person Assessment Centre in March 2026 (dates to be confirmed). The Assessment Centre will include an individual task, a group activity and an interview.
- The programme commences in April (dates to be confirmed) and will run from our Manchester, London, Macclesfield and Glasgow offices.
