Due to continuing growth we have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team at Nucleus Global. You will work as part of a collaborative team and support a range of communications projects in a busy, dynamic and fast‑paced account. This account offers a mix of publications and medical affairs deliverables. Publications experience will be required with the opportunity to work on a mix of deliverables. Using your project management skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients, including traditional deliverables and exciting digital pieces. You will be a true partner with clients and research information from a variety of sources to provide expertise in therapy areas and products. As a primary client liaison point, you will maintain excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of scientific communication projects across a mix of publications and medical affairs deliverables;
- Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations;
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams;
- Act as the main point of contact for clients;
- Ensure high quality and compliance of all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to support client-facing projects on dynamic accounts while meeting client and group objectives.
- Financial understanding with experience of budgeting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
