Responsibilities:

  • Monitor regulatory, technical and marketing developments, including competitor offerings.
  • Interpret legislation, guidance, and final statements into suitable material for the Regulatory Change Committee.
  • Provide support for the implementation of required regulatory changes.
  • Engage with HMRC and other third‑party requests, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as a go‑to person for wrapper queries and support Proposition Managers.
  • Assist with change and proposition enhancement, helping front‑line staff in other teams.
  • Undertake KPI monitoring to identify failures in processes within the Proposition management remit.
  • Ensure routine tasks are processed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical, communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of the JHP and Nucleus platform front‑end, all tax wrappers, non‑standard transactions, discretionary settlement and reporting.
  • Ability to prioritise client and business needs, effectively manage risk, and act with personal accountability for risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience in regulatory change and policy drafting.
  • Knowledge of FCA conduct rules and Consumer Duty.
