Job Description:

The Financial Reporting Senior Manager will oversee financial and regulatory reporting within the Platforms and SIPP group. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate financial statements, regulatory submissions, and entity management accounting information. The role emphasizes maintaining strong financial controls and process improvements.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Preparation and delivery of financial statements according to IFRS standards.
  • Production of management accounting information for the Commercial finance teams.
  • Timely and accurate submission of regulatory returns to FCA and other authorities.
  • Implementation of consistent accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Compliance with financial reporting obligations and governance frameworks.
  • Collaboration with regulatory reporting and capital teams for disclosures.
  • Improvement of reporting processes, automation, and systems.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing reporting team.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
