Nucleus Financial is seeking a Recruitment Adviser to join the People Team in Edinburgh.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent and assessing skills, culture, and potential contributions, while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

You'll partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to execute local hiring strategies and manage interviews, ATS updates and adverts.

A collaborative, fast-paced, plate-spinner mindset is valued.
