Nucleus Financial is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Administrator to join our expanding team in London.

You will manage the full lifecycle of capital events and income, including proxy voting, reconciliations, and client communications, using our in-house systems.

You will resolve breaks, process FX, review vendor feeds, and collaborate with custodians and other teams to ensure timely, accurate client entitlements.
