The role is vital in ensuring our workshop operations run smoothly and efficiently. By taking ownership of important administrative and coordination tasks, you will enable frontline supervisors to focus on leading their teams, maintaining safety standards, and delivering quality outputs.

Day to day you’ll be required to:

  • Manage and maintain accurate data records, reports, and documentation
  • Support compliance activities and ensure processes meet required standards
  • Coordinate administrative tasks to support workshop operations
  • Escort visitors and ensure site procedures are followed
  • Provide general office-based support to supervisors and operational teams

The role is based onsite at Bovington, with set working times of 37 hours per week, with options for a 4 or 5 day working week to be discussed at interview.

Essential experience:

  • Using Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and business systems such as ERP to a good standard

Qualifications:

  • Educated to Level 2 on the National Qualification Framework, such as GCSE grade C or above or equivalent

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
