The role

As CAD Integration Manager, you’ll lead the integration of enterprise CAD tools into Babcock’s global engineering environment. You'll help establish consistent digital engineering standards, drive innovation and enable engineers across multiple projects and locations to collaborate more effectively. This is a highly visible role where your expertise will directly influence how engineering data is created, managed and reused throughout the product lifecycle. • Collaborating with engineering, digital and technical stakeholders to optimise CAD and PLM capabilities.
  • Leading continuous improvements that enhance engineering efficiency, data reuse and digital engineering maturity.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office and days working from home. The initial first six months of this role will be based in Warwick with future location requirements dependent on programme needs.

Essential Experience of the CAD Integration Manager:

  • Demonstrable experience in CAD, engineering data management or Product Lifecycle Management integration roles.
  • Using enterprise CAD tools such as CATIA, Siemens NX or SolidWorks.
  • Integrating CAD applications within Product Lifecycle Management environments.
