In a world of increasing geopolitical complexity, national security has never been more important. This role sits at the heart of our business growth and bidding activity, shaping solutions across a £70m+ opportunity pipeline and helping ensure we deliver safe, secure, and operationally effective outcomes for our defence customers.
The role:

- Translating customer needs into structured work packages covering people, training, infrastructure, equipment, technology, and logistics.
- Assessing operational feasibility, capacity, capability, and risk associated with proposed solutions.
- Producing clear solution artefacts such as process flows, impact assessments, cost breakdowns, and risk registers.
- Developing robust, evidence‑based cost models in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams.
This is a full‑time, hybrid role (37 hours per week), typically with around three days per week onsite at either Warminster or Donnington to support collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

- Experience shaping or delivering solutions within a complex operational or regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of commercial governance and business‑winning principles.

- Relevant technical or vocational qualification to Level 3 (NQF) or equivalent experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
