The role:
As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll provide administrative support to team members to ensure efficient operation of the company’s activities and assist the field staff in achieving agreed performance levels. Day-to-day, you’ll be part of a team supporting MOD apprenticeships. You’ll support 20 assessors with paperwork, reviews, filing, emails, and assist soldiers in their apprenticeship by importing any paperwork, as well as:
- Provide administrative support for the MoD Contracts and assist the Supervisors and Support Service manager in the effective and efficient running of the contracts.
- Maintain accurate filing of Learner files and funding body paperwork.
- Ensure Learner files are managed to auditable standards.
- Ensure all MAYTAS responsibilities including data entry are carried out and maintained in a timely and accurate manner as indicated by the Admin supervisor.
This role is full time, based on site at MOD Lyneham, working 37 hours per week.
Essential experience:
- IT literate in regard to Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Works well to support a team.
- Self-motivated with ability to self-manage.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
