Your role:

  • Leading teams producing nuclear safety cases, including identification, characterisation, assessment, authoring, and review.
  • Working with clients across nuclear generation, nuclear new build, defence, fusion, and SMR sectors.
  • Supporting critical decision‑making for the design, commissioning, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear facilities and assets.
  • Influencing client strategy and supporting nuclear site licence applications.
  • Building a business pipeline and delivering technical presentations to clients and regulators.
  • Leading technical delivery to solve complex safety‑critical problems, and present solutions to stakeholders.
  • Contributing to and taking benefit from the wider AtkinsRéalis technical community, mentoring and developing junior engineers to strengthen our capability.
  • Taking ownership of your technical and professional development through the breadth of our nuclear safety portfolio.

Competitive salary: £50,000+ per annum plus additional pay in line with our performance philosophy and recognition culture.
