The SATURN Centre for Doctoral Training (SATURN CDT) at the University of Strathclyde invites applications for a PhD candidate to explore how free-living amoebae shape microbial biodiversity in nuclear-influenced aquatic environments. The project combines microbiology, ecology and systems science with access to specialist facilities through SATURN.

Full training is provided; prior experience in nuclear science is not required.
