The role involves:

  • Managing a portfolio of engineering projects, ensuring delivery to agreed cost, schedule and quality targets
  • Leading end‑to‑end project delivery, from scoping and solution design through to handover
  • Producing pricing models, gate review inputs and proposal documentation
  • Managing project risks and applying lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with internal teams, customers and supply chain partners to deliver complex solutions

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Ashchurch, Tewkesbury.

Essential experience:

  • Experience delivering engineering or technical projects using recognised project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness, including cost and margin control
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers
  • Background within defence, security or similarly regulated environments

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Recognised project management qualification or membership (such as Association for Project Management, APM Project Management Qualification, PRINCE2 or Project Management Institute), or willingness to obtain

Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) and Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role. Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
