Lead a High‐Performing Team Driving Operational Excellence for the British Army.

The role:
As a Head of Site, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You'll play a pivotal leadership role at one of our key operational locations, ensuring our teams deliver outstanding support to the British Army through world‐class maintenance, repair and overhaul services. This is a chance to shape a high‐performance culture, bring multiple teams together under a unified operational vision, and influence the delivery of vehicle equipment outputs that directly enable national defence capability.
Day‐to‐day you'll be required to:
- Lead, motivate and develop large operational teams to achieve People, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cash and Cost (PSQDCC) targets.
- Oversee the delivery of production outputs for Army vehicle equipment across internal and external partners.
- Provide cohesive and visible leadership to integrate functions into a unified Operational Management team.
- Build a strong, positive, high‐performance culture aligned to the Babcock Principles.
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective collaboration with customers and partners.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Ashchurch.
Essential experience of the Head of Site:
- Leading large teams in a complex operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) business models, processes and performance delivery.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships across multi‐stakeholder settings.
- Exceptional leadership capability with financial, commercial and performance management expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
