Cavendish Nuclear is hiring an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician to join our team at Sellafield, Cumbria. You'll play a key role in maintaining and calibrating radiation protection instruments to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Repair, calibrate, and test radiation protection instruments
  • Maintain accurate work records and follow all safety procedures
  • Support customers with technical advice and progress updates
  • Mentor apprentices and junior team members

What You'll Need

  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation or related field
  • Completed apprenticeship or equivalent training
  • Experience servicing electronic instrument systems
  • Understanding of safety regulations (nuclear and conventional)
  • Security Clearance: You must be able to obtain and maintain SC clearance.
