The Experis Academy is offering an exciting opportunity for delivery‑oriented individuals to be trained and upskilled into highly skilled Project Controllers working for Babcock International. This programme provides training in project, programme and portfolio management (P3M), including project planning and controls, Primavera, Excel, and soft‑skills such as negotiation, presentation, emotional intelligence and conflict resolution. Participants will work within a delivery environment, supporting Project Controller activities on projects and programmes, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex engineering and defence problems.

Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordinate and collate all project Project Controls data.
  • Produce Revenue and Project Controls reports.
  • Deliver forward‑looking trends and variance analysis, identifying expected project performance and comparisons against applicable targets.
  • Facilitate re‑forecasting exercises with the Project Team to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Ensure Project Controls reporting is aligned with the Project WBS.
  • Assist with Monthly Billing.
