Overview: The 15-year contract award delivers critical utilities infrastructure upgrades at the Cumbrian decommissioning site. As part of Sellafield’s trusted partners, the role will focus on refurbishing and replacing on-site and off-site utility distribution systems, including steam, water supply, water treatment, compressed gas, and other essential utilities serving Sellafield.

Responsibilities:

  • Document processing: process, catalogue and store documents in physical or digital formats, ensuring accessibility and correct filing.
  • Quality control and compliance: ensure all documents adhere to company policies, project requirements and industry regulations; review and audit the documentation process for compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordination and communication: act as liaison between project teams, departments and external partners to support smooth document flow and availability of the latest versions.
  • Data integrity and security: maintain confidentiality, implement measures to prevent unauthorised access and ensure version control of documents.
  • Reporting and archiving: prepare and maintain reports on document status, distribution and compliance; oversee secure archiving for future access.
  • Reporting and analysis: generate comprehensive reports on document status, compliance and performance metrics for senior management.
