The role:

As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of critical nuclear defence programmes. Working at the heart of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment, you will provide essential administrative support that keeps commercial processes accurate, organised, and on track. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, based at our Glasgow site, with hybrid working patterns available.

Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:

  • Managing and maintaining resource tracking systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting diary coordination and administrative needs for leadership teams
  • Assisting with onboarding new project team members to ensure a smooth start
  • Providing administrative support to commercial and project activities
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to help keep project processes running efficiently

Essential experience of the Administrator:

  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel confidently
  • Working in an administrative or office support role
  • Organising and prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with teams and stakeholders in a professional environment

Qualifications for the Administrator:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics, or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or similar)
  • Additional administrative qualifications or training would be advantageous

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
