What you’ll be doing:
- Develop sourcing strategies for business-as-usual and exciting projects.
- Present your strategies to key decision-makers and make your mark.
- Manage multiple tenders like a pro, ensuring compliance with PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023.
- Organize engagement activities and bring back insights that give us the edge.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
- Chair tender assessment teams, issue purchase orders, and support contract management.
- Spot opportunities to make things better and help us evolve.
- Be our voice at forums and ensure our processes shine.
- Live our values: Transparency, cooperation, continuous learning, and delivering on commitments.
What makes you awesome:
- CIPS Level 5 (or ready to achieve it within 12 months).
- You’ve run compliant tenders, negotiated with suppliers, and worked under pressure.
- You understand Public Contracts Regulations, Procurement Act 2023, and Contract Law.
- Comfortable with systems like Atamis and Sage (or quick to learn).
- You thrive on making decisions, managing priorities, and bringing energy to everything you do.
