- Drive with precision: Operate trains safely and punctually to meet customer and company needs.
- Stay compliant: Follow all rail standards (GE/RT8000) and company procedures.
- Be safety-first: Work in a way that protects you, your team, and the environment.
- Keep records straight: Complete reports and documentation accurately.
- Stay sharp: Maintain route and traction knowledge, and keep up with all notices and publications.
- Hands-on duties: Perform train prep, shunting, and traffic examinations when required.
- Continuous learning: Attend training courses and safety days to keep your skills top-notch.
- Security matters: Maintain SC clearance and follow all security protocols.

- 21+ years old upon completion of training
