We’re on the hunt for an Apprentice ICT Role to join our dynamic team at Hinton. You’ll be mentored by the brilliant team, and you’ll get hands-on experience supporting real users, solving real problems, and learning real skills that’ll set you up for a future in tech.

Important: You’ll need a full UK driving license for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for IT queries—via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and maintain IT kit like laptops, mobiles, and printers.
  • Keep our IT asset register in good shape.
  • Learn the ropes of IT security and data protection.
  • Help manage stock levels.
