This role gives you the chance to shape a wide range of activities at Oldbury, from installing new equipment and facilities to supporting de‑planting and demolition work. What Will You Be Doing
- You will oversee construction and demolition work across the site, making sure contractors deliver safely, efficiently and in line with agreed standards.
- This includes reviewing work documentation and ensuring that the right controls are in place before any task begins.
- Your judgement and ability to spot issues early will help keep our projects running smoothly.

Who Are We Looking For
- You will be someone who understands how to manage construction activities on a live site, comfortable making decisions and able to maintain high safety standards.
- You will bring a proactive mindset, clear communication and the confidence to guide contractors and colleagues when needed.
- Strong organisational skills and a calm approach to shifting priorities are important.
- Experience managing or supervising construction activities.
- HNC or NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) or relevant qualification.
- CITB SMSTS or NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Thorough knowledge of CDM regulations.

Please note: All successful candidates will need to provide proof of identity, eligibility to work in the UK and employment/education history (typically covering the last 3–5 years) in line with NRS Baseline Security requirements.
