Over time the role offers the chance to transition into a matrix‑managed investigative resource pool, ideal for someone seeking long‑term growth, complexity and impact.
You’ll be at the heart of shaping how we investigate, learn and continually strengthen our ethical culture. You’ll help build and refine our frameworks, tools and training, creating an environment where best practice isn’t just followed, it’s evolved. From identifying emerging risks to crafting learning materials and mentoring others, you’ll influence how our entire organisation approaches integrity, fairness and accountability. This is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact while developing deep investigative expertise in a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment.
